Inland Group’s management team is comprised of individuals with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their respective fields.
TOM CLEMSON
Tom is Founder and Chairman of Inland Group. Over the past thirty years, Tom has provided the vision and leadership responsible for the Inland Group’s evolution to a leader in multi-family real estate development. Tom has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
DARIN DAVIDSON
Darin is President of Inland Group and is responsible for all corporate financial and operating activities. He oversees all aspects of development including site selection, due diligence, feasibility analysis and negotiations. Darin has a finance and law degree from the University of Washington.
ALAN SPRINGER
Alan is Development Director of Inland Group and works closely with both the development and construction teams. He is responsible for managing the design, permitting, and construction activities during the pre-construction phases of each project, including zoning and entitlements and conceptual planning and design.
MARK OSSELLO
Mark manages the construction division of Inland Group. As the head of construction, Mark works closely with the development team on project planning and also oversees the construction of all active projects. Mark graduated from Washington State University with a degree in construction management.
