Location
Tressa Apartments is a mixed use development on 2.71 acres in North Seattle. Construction was recently completed and the community is currently in lease-up.

Composition
Tressa Apartments is comprised of two six-story residential buildings plus two levels of underground parking, and approximately 6,200 square feet of retail/commercial space. The two buildings include 474 units of affordable housing, numerous courtyards, a fitness center, resident lounge, game room, playground area, and leasing offices. The majority of the retail space is currently being improved for a new YMCA daycare expected to be open during the summer of 2010.
