Echo Lake Village is a mixed use development currently under construction in Shoreline, Washington, a suburb of Seattle.

Composition
Echo Lake Village will be comprised of five residential buildings, a fitness center and pool, and easy access to the Echo Lake shoreline and Interurban trail. The centerpiece of the community is The Blakely, an affordable senior residential facility with 200 units. The other four buildings will provide a total of 280 apartment units and 9 townhomes, all at market rate, with an additional 9,028 square feet for retail. Additionally, the Shoreline YMCA is building a brand new facility on the northwest corner of the development.
